Procedure

Call the CUS (Single Rescue Centre VdA) at number 112 and wait;

The CUS calls Chamois Servizi to indicate whether a helicopter or an ambulance will be dispatched;

Chamois Servizi activates its staff to transport the medical personnel to the person to be assisted:

SCENARIO 1

The CUS sends the HELICOPTER
Chamois Servizi staff waits and transports from the helipad to the person to be assisted the dispatched doctor and nurses, then returns them to the helicopter, and arranges for relatives to descend to the valley by cable car.

SCENARIO 2

The CUS sends the AMBULANCE
Chamois Servizi staff waits and transports by cable car and then by ambulance the dispatched doctor and nurses to the person to be assisted, then returns them to the valley station;

Important Chamois Servizi staff cannot transport people in need of medical support by cable car or ambulance without the medical personnel dispatched by the CUS.
